Jeep C7 4.2

Going to look at 1982 Jeep C7 later on, advert said it has had a new engine 3 years ago, Chrysler 4.2 6 cylinder.

Would just like to know what sort of things to look out for, car is based in Egypt, so rust shoul not be an issue, but bascially mechanical things.
