Hi all,

My wifes Xtrail (1 year old) has started to suffer from condensation in a morning.

I know it's the time of year for it, but we didn't have the same issues last year.

Is there any thing on the car that may be causing this (e.g air filter being wet) etc

Any suggestions for how to improve this?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Does it have Air Con? Is it used in the colder weather? It helps remove the moisture from the car so should be used all year.

The seals will dry out if you don't use it regularly so it's better just to leave it on anyway. Helps keep the windows clear in rainy weather.

Check that the carpets are all dry. It could be a minor leak on a door/window seal which is letting in water.

Blocked pollen filter, clogged aircon drain, ventilation on or stuck on recycled air.

Thanks all for the suggestions....given that it looks fairly straightforward to change the pollen filter, I'll give that a go.
