For those of you on Twitter go and have a look at a tweet @ianjamespoulter tweeted last night at about 10pm.

He takes a video of his mate's garage and I have to say it's quite a collection. For those more learned than me in car identification it would be great to know exactly what the whole collection is. I'll start :-

3 Bugatti Veyron!!!

this Is in Dubai I take it, and I also take it that they belong to sheikhy as seen in topgear...

It's in Florida where Poulter lives.

Is that not a CCX(R) Edition? If so, I'm impressed.. Even more so than by the MC12s.

All that was required to get that collection was money, not taste. Where are the vintage Ferraris, the historic Le Mans racers, the limited editions etc? Does nothing for me, to be honest getmecoat

This may come as a shock to you but some people don't like historics. I guess it's like art, some like the old masters, some like Hockney, Warhol etc.

Cos if I went for a drive out with my mates I'd like them to arrive with me, not an hour later.

Agreed. I dont like a lot of classic cars at all. The F40(guess this is a classic), GT40 and Cobra are my only exceptions.

I think some people harp on about how good the Ferrari 250 etc is because of its astronomical price tag. In my opinion its not that nice.

Personally I'd take any 250 Ferrari over an MC12, but that's likely another debate for another time. Can't see what enjoyment you could get from a 5m long GT1 homologation special on UK roads, but that's just me.
