I've put one of my registration numbers on retention, however the car was SORN and I only sent a cheque to cover the rentention of the number plate.

The DVLA have completed the rentention and sent me a years RFL!!!!

Bonus or should I tell them?

About 999,999 times out of a million, DVLA's cock-ups seem to be at our expense. So take advantage of being in the tiny minority, particularly if it's an expensive tax disc!
