This must be some sort of a record - a 16yo has been banned for driving after being caught speeding on his moped six times in less than a week.

Anyone know of anything more impressively stupid than this?

Come on, it's a big yellow box- To miss it once is understandable, that many times is distinctly remiss! Sounds like his scooter might have had a little modification though...

A lad I knew at 16 had 42 points on his licence! I don't think riding a 600 on a CBT helped his case much! And then the subsequent driving without a licence etc went well! Thankfully he's all legal now!

42 points - that's ridiculous. Strangely (providing he was being safe while committing these offences) I have a grudging respect for him!

Where did it say he is 16 and how long have you not been able to ride a moped at 16 years old? Just going off what the linked report says before you all start having a go.

The confusion is arising due to SDsxi's post.

Unfortunately he did, it was a Bandit. He had numerous driving without a licence/insurance convictions! Mind you at 13 he rode a donkey to school smile

And where in the CBT do they get taught what the big yellow box is?
