I saw a white rolls royce yesterday on the M1 with the numberplate 777777 VVVVVV, with a small shield between the last 7 and 1st V. Any ideas what it was and where it came from?

The '7's' you saw are the number 6 and the 'V's' are the number 7 In Arabic.

I also had a question on plates but may aswell just use this thread..

I saw a van on the M25 that had the country code "UA" where we'd have GB or the like. Where is that from?
