At present I only have one key for my car, I want to get another cut and there is a place near me that does this cheap with coding for the immobiliser as main stealers charge the earth for another key.
However, does anyone know if there is a way to program the remote key fob yourself?
My car has the remote control locking built into the key, it would be great if my key had the full functionality.

I was thinking of buying one off ebay if it is possible to code yourself?

Model of car would be useful. Many makes of car can be programmed at home following instructions on the net.
