LPG conversion on a 6.1ltr V8
Discussion
Hi All,
Been looking through the classifieds and have been warming to the thought of a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT-8. 6.1ltr V8 and 0-60 in 4.8 seconds for a monster like that cant be a bad thing (regardless of interior trim quality). I found one from a dealer down south and it has an LPG conversion already fitted.
Obviously that would help with the petrol costs, but do any of you know whether an LPG conversion on an engine that big has any downsides? I think the boot space is more than enough but can it handle 420bhp and is it going to have any impact to engine wear?
Cheers
