The thing is, it's usually people like this who seem to think the speed limit is 40mph, regardless of what road conditions, or indeed legal limits, are in place.
"This open, dry dual carriageway with light traffic is dangerous, the limit is now 60mph, it's now 40mph and I'm sticking to it!"
"This tight, urban area with children crossing the road as they leave school is safe, the limit might be 20mph but 40 is fine and I'm sticking to it!"

This is exactly it!"This open, dry dual carriageway with light traffic is dangerous, the limit is now 60mph, it's now 40mph and I'm sticking to it!"

A couple of cars around my way have a "R U 2 close" sticker on their back window. These are the people doing 45mph through all speed limit zones. I find it ironic.
People like this are a menace on the roads!!

kers by their general nature. Others put pretentious stickers like this in their cars.
