whats the best way to treat the leather on my alpina.

the wheel is discoloured and cracked and the stiching is also discoloured

what options do i have ?

any one got pics of good results?

What colour's the wheel? Essex white?

If its gone a gummy grey:

Take wheel off, then clean with a strong leather cleaner, scrubing into the stitching with a soft nail brush, then once clean and dry use some hide food / leather conditioner on it.

its black with green and blue stiching. will try and post a pic tomorrow

can any one recomend a product thats the best?

to be honest I would recommend a proper leather restorer... otherwise your only preserving whats left.

I think there is someone the can redo the leather. Let me see if I can find the post, it was on another forum.

LTT Solutions make the best leather cleaning and protection products available. B Trim in Enfield Middlesex re trim steering wheels, but not much use if you live miles away or it is your only car!!!
