As the title suggest I am looking for the best value advertising.
I have recently started a mobile smart repair business and so far done the following.
Flyer drops
Advert in local paper
Lunched a website

Most of my work has come from word of mouth and recommendation so I am thinking of dropping the local paper and perhaps trying something different, so really looking for ideas?
Thanks

Hmm... I suppose you could start a thread on a big car forum, that might be good advertising... wink

I take it you've got a fully sign written van.

Ask your mates/family if they have got any damage to their cars that needs sorting and do them a good deal, hopefully they will be really pleased and tell their colleagues etc.

Drop me a pm or give me a call if you want to chat advertising in SMART repair.

Also, think about joining www.smartrepairforum.com - it's a brilliant resource of experience from your SMART repair colleagues. smile

Offer to do some cars for PH'ers for a massive discount. I will then sing your praises all day long.

Have you tried approaching indy car dealers in your area? I regularly see the local chips-away type guy at a couple of car dealers near me doing work on cars.

Thanks for advice so far..
Van is stickered up.. This has proved to be a great form of advertising.

I would like to be much busier..

All fellow pistonheads get special rates that goes without saying.. Lol

Petrol forecourts and supermarkets, local sports clubs - if you get in somewhere like this repairs onsite at the gym while the owner has their workout.

Target largeish businesses with onsite parking

offer a discount rate for multiple vehicles booked in for each day

if its not allocated parking, then getting 4 or 5 cars parked near to each other will reduce down time and allow prep work to be done on several vehicles at the same time.
