Quick question, V5.....

I've had my puma 2 months now, the garage gave me a stamped envelope all the docs inside which I sent off the day after I got it. I still haven't recieved my V5, should I be worried? If yes, what should I do? If no, how long till I should be worried and what do ifI still don't have it?

Same happened to me, call the DVLA and say you have not received the V5. I got mine 4 days after calling them, and for free!

How long did you wait before calling? I'm worried as its been over 2 months, I now have to pay for it? This is really annoying as I need to tax my car at the end of this week. Can you tax it with the new keeper slip?

It says 6 weeks on the little green slip. Just been through this myself at the weekend. Phone the number on the back of the slip, they'll tell you if they've received it or not. If not, you'll have to fill out a V62 to re-apply for the V5. No cost to you(apart from stamp).

I waited 11 months. I am very lazy.
