On BBC1 now, well it will be coming up later in the programme - dodgy Kent motor trader selling on cars that have been written off without declaring such.

A tad uneconomical with the truth I'd say. Will be interesting to see how the repairs have been carried out.

Looked like every other car on their lot was a cat C. As said, check, check and, check again before parting with the hard-earned.

Not in any way condoning the quality of the repair but is a pedestrian really going to pass through the bumper to hit the "blades". Typical bbc hamming it up, I expect they would be bounced over or under the car, unless you pinned them against a wall, in which case you're probably trying to kill them anyway..
