...is that it doesn't have any bloody cupholders! smash
I've noticed that on many cars built more than few years ago. Like people didn't drink then...confused

I had a good look in Halfords and all the ones in stock looked so tacky, like all their other in-car tat.
I've found this on ebay http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BMW-Z3-ARMREST-ARM-REST-/260... which is rather nice, but £180 ! yikes

I don't mind some drilling, but the cup holder has to be big enough for a standard coffee cup, not just 330ml can.
Ideally, I'd like it to look as stock as possible, so preferably black, with no chromed TURBO written on it etc.

Anyone bought something similar?

I suggest you sell it and buy a Chrysler Grand Voyager. I believe they have 11.

You see, I even had a look on realoem but it didn't show it for my car, probably because it's only for US market. I will have to call the main dealer and ask, thank you.

I actually have a Voyager as well, that's why the cupholderlessness in BMW hurts so much wink

Oh, didn't realise I'd posted the USA one.

I did check and looks like it's the same part for European RHD cars:

I've been driving 16 years and I've never ever used or wanted a cupholder! smile On long journeys I have a bottle of water on the passenger seat; I can't imagine ever wanting a proper drink like coffee or hot chocolate whilst I'm driving confused

I think it's more a case of getting the KFC meal home without spilling the drink!

I have never understood the apparent fascination with cup holders. Cars are for driving, not having dinner in.

So they didn't even put them on the next model?
As for the squeeks, I've just put a set of Bilsteins B8 on mine, it was quiet before, now there is a grasshopper living somewhere under the radio... furious
