has anyone found a way to store tiger seal without it going rock solid? I used it last month to seal some headlights and covered the hole on the end of the tube and it was unusable today when i needed it..
Any tips?

Tiger seal and the other PVA products actually "go-off" or cure in the presence of water. So to prolong the life, store your partially used tubes in seal-lock plastic bags, with as much air sucked out as possible, and ideally with a large sachet of moisture absorbing granules (silica gel for example) in with the tube

Note: this does not work with raw tigers....... ;-)
