I came across this website and most of their cars seem to be to cheap (so it probably is fake);

http://aviva-trader-ltd.com/

and they also use this website with a different phonenumber;

http://avivatraderltd.com/ (or maybe they clone a website and put a different phonenumber and email adress in there, although they both look fake to me).
Tried to give them a call to see wat happenend and off course nobody answered.

Wouldn't it be possible to trace that phone number or by IP adresses to catch these kind of people?

How do they make money out of this? (probably by shipping the car and you will have to pay by western union bla bla bla...)

Why is an Essex car dealer pricing his cars in "Aus USD" - Presumably that means Australian US Dollars??

Crap site too.

Or it is a cheap basic way of seeing which branding advertising and flyers work, buy 2 domain names for your company, 2 PAYG mobiles, set up 2 websites, get 2 designs of flyers one that points to site 1 one that points to site 2, keep track of the calls,which ever gets the most traffic and enquiries repeat the advertising that worked. Finally hope someone doesn't decide it all looks suspect and run off to all motoring sites saying it's dodgy.

Or they are just a bunch of criminals too lazy and ignorant to get normal jobs and try to steal money of the people who do work for a living..

I just got this email back after an enquiry;

Hello,
Yes it is still available but we can only deliver the RS500. We can deliver it with a return policy, you will get 7 days free inspection period so you will have 7 days to inspect the car before to decide if you will buy it or not. If you are agree with that contact us so we can give you more details.
Thank you

that's number 61 and not 138

definitely a scam, in the UK the insignia is a Vauxhall not opel, then you got their dodgy pricing with the dollers and euro's aswell, most of the cars look foreign, 6 series cab is a us model, orange side markers and picture really, honda oddysey, thats not a uk numberplate lol

and not to forget LHD mainstream cars in the UK not likely

Ok so it's all fake.

But they will probably still make money this way (it's not easy and cheap to build a website like this, so must be worth it all).
And why use two websites, or do they clone these? So they just copy a website so the dealer (company name, address, stock etc is genuine, but they change the phonenumber and email address to one of their own? Because on the other website there are more cars for even lower prices (like the Focus RS500).

And why can't the police do anything about it, or is everything registered on false names and untraceable?

i just can't understand they can get away with all this?

Surely there must be some way of reporting this, don't the police have some sort of fraud line or something,

this shouldn't be on, good job on spotting it clap

Sorry but I found this:

avivatraderltd:
http://www.duport.co.uk/credit-reports/ (search company name)

http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk/ad3c29d5b3c95107...

I am also interested in their cars.
I asked some information and after some emails I asked for a copy of the documents, registration and maintenance book.
Lets see if they answer.
