Do I Report A Red Light Runner

About 10 minutes ago I had just stopped at a red light (junction and pedestrian crossing) when a Addison Lee people carrier shot past in the other lane.

I was already stopped so it wasn't on Amber. It was red.

Further down the road I ended up next to the same car and asked him why he'd decided to stop at this light but not the one earlier.

No answer.

Asked him again why he hadn't stopped.

I got "the finger"

I managed to get his no plate. Do I contact Ad Lee and complain?

I expect someone to say, it's his job why threaten it or get him in trouble.

Because he's an idiot and a danger and shouldn't be driving.

Bust him. Not for the light, but for the finger. You gave him a chance to apologise and move on, but he chose to give you the bird. If I did that in a works vehicle I'd be expecting some fall out.
