The amount of times I've been nudged while walking on a pavement.

At least they're giving them a bit of advice. But I'm expecting those who needed it were too busy driving on an A-road to turn up

Should have to take training before allowed out and insurance. I too have seen/been party to several granny tractors nudging people on foot paths. Also the elderly chap who drives his on the road localy makes me wince with the thought of what may happen.
