V5---foreign buyer??

what is the procedure if selling the car privately to a non eu buyer and what are my responsibilities.

Fill out the section that says the car has been permanently exported and send it off. Give the rest of the V5 to the buyer as they'll need it to prove they own the car when they get it home.
