Whilst the OP might be correct on this occasion, it's the very same attitude coupled with less understanding of road safety that causes the idiots who give you main beam when you overtake, hoot you, or drive around without their main beam on down empty roads to stop you overtaking. I think it's best if we don't judge other people so harshly, concentrate on giving them as safe a passage as we can (i.e. back off, move over to the left, be prepared to brake if the worst should happen), and relax and enjoy each drive.
