Had a bad crash - could really do with some help

Sorry about the typing- on my mobile. I had a bad crash last week which wrecked my car and left me with two broken arms and a broken leg. the accident was a head on while I was overtaking but I can't remember what went wrong and I was hoping Ph can help.

I will try to be a bit more helpful if this is true. If you cannot remember what happened genuinly then I would suspect you will have to take what witnesses and the police who attended say as the truth. Without the details it is easy for others to take the piss and make assumptions.
If you were on the wrong side of the road you will face a court case so I would strongly suggest you do not ask on here for advice but seek professional advice from someone who knows the law. Hopefully the people you collided with are okay and you all make a speedy recovery.

BTW OP, sorry to hear about your accident and hope you recover OK. I also hope the occupants of the other car were not hurt to badly and there are no serious legal issues once you recover.

The local paper / internet might hold some answers if you look up the road on which you had the accident. If this is very recent then it might be a good idea not to think about it too much

Count your blessings as it sounds like you are alive and mostly intact by the sounds of it.

I hope you and everyone else are ok.

It might be an idea to have someone contact a lawyer fairly soon though. Head on's are pretty much guaranteed to need one.
