No phone number, no registration, email him and he'll go "Oh yeah just Western Union me the cash and pop round to get the keys."

Scam.

If a deal is too good to be true then...

Could get more than that, cash, from a trader. Why advertise?

There is a phone number.

But op it is a scam if it seems too good to be true and all that. They all seem to use £5000 as well!

I've not loked at the advert but just by looking at the picture I can tell you that it's a scam. The picture they've used is of a LHD American spec model which they've probably pulled off the internet.
