Personal car leasing - who from?

I am seriously considering looking at a personal lease plan over 3 yrs. I have never leased a car before. Can anyone recommend a company, or fill me in on what is/isn't included within the lease costs etc.

I am budgeting around £150/month to sort myself something reasonable, but otherwise have no idea where to start. Most of the cars I like - mondeo, octavia, insignia etc are out of my proce range, hence considering something smaller. The only thing that has really caught my eye in recent months would be the Kia Pro-ceed or the Honda civic.

Anyone point me in the right direction / give me a bit more info please?

works ok for me.

During daytime you can speak live on-line to people - I found them very responsive, and by far an a way cheaper than anyone else (my local main dealer wouldn't believe the quote until I printed it for him).
