Good Mornin!!!

I was travelling between jct 13-5 of the M25 yesterday when between 12 and 11 the gantrys went from 50mph VSL to FOG warning signs, there was no fog on this stretch and twas empty, so i trvalled along at NSL i dont think i got flashed what so ever but i am a born worrier......if the FOG warning signs are on do the cameras revert back to NSL like i thought?

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers

you wouldn't get flashed as they are average speed camera's!

you could appeal in court that no speed limit signs were displayed and as it was a motorway that would indicate that NSL applies.

Also point out there was no fog so it was safe for you to do the NSL, magistrates need the most basic facts pointing out to them! banghead

Best thing is to not worry about it - I tend to get paranoid about stretches of motorway when I can't remember every second!

Even if you did trip the camera's there isn't anything you can do right now.

Make a note of when it was and the details you know and file it - if anything does come through at least you have the details and don't have to rack your brain.

Those cameras only come on when speed limit is in place , if you didn't see a flash then i wouldn't worry about it . The flash is quite powerfull and I doubt you wouldn't notice it
