Alpina B10 E34 or Mercedes 190 2.5 Cosworth

Im thinking of buying a 190 cosworth and to justify it i have to get rid of my B10.
Out of curiosity i was wondering which you would go for . Both are manuals.
I have decided to keep the Alpina due to the fact of it being a nice one that i know all the history of and i may end up with a nasty surprise with the 190.....unless any one persuades me otherwise

The Alpina is a better built car, larger, more unusual and more fun to drive. Why sell to but the M-B??

Come off it the merc cosworth is very rare but not that fast these days

Would you be getting the one which revs to 13,000rpm as per the race cars would be amazing driving a car with a spoon equivalent engineered unit.

Already made the decision and went for the Merc. My reasons were smaller, lighter, cheaper to run, build quality and reliability,, and I figured it would age better and be easier to sell on. E34 is lovely don't get me wrong and there are lots of things it will do better than the Merc, and it's probably going to make a better road car too.
