which camero was it?

The wife said she saw a Camero parked outside our house today, and has been trying to explain it to me. Have been through loads of pictures with herto work out which year, but to no avail. So from this description can anyone work out which it was?

At the back it had in big writing CAMERO across the centre
but... the writing was joined up writing, not print.
the rear light were either a strip of two or three above each other.

thats all :/ any ideas?

as it was, she got my hopes up about it being a camaro, was hoping one of the neighbours had bought an old SS, and turns out to be a damn porsche :/
