What bargaining reduction should I aim for?

A list priced £4,300 2003 estate car. Nissan Primera (yeah I know but it's a 2nd car to do shopping and baby stuff).

And any top tips on how to approach the haggling stage?

depends on lots of factors.. I'd hope to walk away with it at 4k, plus a full tank and some tax assuming nothing else needs doing to it.

With 42 gallons of fuel tanks that's a good thing!

42g = just under 160l

That just shy of £200 every fill up.

Worse still, 42 UK Gallons = 191 litres, 124.9ppl here, £239 to fill!
