Easy. Bolt-action rifle and a decent scope. Leave a note by the bodies explaining the crime and they'll get the message after 60-75 shootings I believe. PLus the note serves a dual purpose. When the jury hear WHY you did it, there's no way they'll put you behind bars.

Thanks for that, when the updated site came out i stopped using the site so much (for research, dream garage, realistic next car etc). I'm glad to be able to use the older site which i thought was lost forever.
