Anyone had any experience of these?

The OHs C Klass needs rear tyres on the back, so I figured we may as well change all 4 for something that is snow-capable.

These are evidently all-season but are somewhat unusual in that they also have the three peaks snowflake symbol, which from what I can gather that they are fully approved for use as snow tyres. It sounds like a good compromise for winter use and with the bonus that you can leave them on all year if you like (although it does mean that we'll have dropped from a 245/40/17 rear to 225/45/17 ).

They're so new that I cannot find any worthwhile reviews on them, but they sound good and I like Klebers.

Possibly an academic question as I've ordered them....

Make sure that smaller tyre size on the rear is an approved summer size, or you might find your insurance company, MOT, police might have something to say about it.

The recommended winter tyre for my 255/45r18 rear is a 225/45r18 anyway, but if it's winter you'd not be driving as fast as in the summer anyway.
