Doesn't seem that much to me - if you remove the VAT that comes to £361. The last time I changed a clutch myself (I think about 2 years ago), the clutch itself cost about £175, including various other bits (seals etc.) which also needed to be renewed.
That only leaves £185 for labour charges, which doesn't seem to be too much, unless the clutch on your car is a quick job.
