Does anyone know what happened? Seemed mayhem southbound and sadly there appeared to be a body under a cover on the southbound carriageway yet no damaged vehicles around?
Seemed bizarre, road shut most of the day, must have been serious.
The rumour mill had some graphic description which I won't repeat, but apparently he stopped on the hard shoulder and possibly fell/stumbled into lane 1
