parking charge notice

I have just received a parking charge notice from a company called MET Parking Services, they run all the parking facilities for McDonalds. They claim that I went into one of their facilities on the A4 at 09.31 on 28th November and didn't leave until 16.07 on the same day. £100.00 fine or £50.00 if paid within 14 days.
The truth.
I entered at 09.31 and left to pick up a client at London Heathrow approx. 30/40 mins later. Picked up the client and took them home to Suffolk, approx. 2hour journey. After lunch returned to Heathrow to pick up another client arriving from Frankfurt on the 15.55 flight, went back into McDonalds for a cup of coffee and to wait for approx.another 30/40 mins. until the flight had landed.I left at 16.07.There was about 5hours plus between me leaving and re-entering that carpark.
Any advice please!
