Off to Scotland for Xmas. Fancy hiring a 4wd. Dont fancy going through pages of google, so any suggestions?

You've already got one, the Golf R32 will be fine. Heck I'm doing the same thing in the BMW laugh

Ooooops not been on PH for a while. R32 gone. RWD Z4. Hmmmmmm - I knew that was a bad move!!! rolleyes

As above, SHB. They've a place in Gloucester. In the height of summer they wanted over £100 a day for a LR 110. I'd imagine for something bearable it would be considerably more, plus it's about to piss it down with snow which may have an effect on their pricing.

Do you want to hire it to drive up or once you get here? If it's once you get here can you say where in Scotland you want to hire it from? Just gives us the chance to recommend a good place in the right area.
