Vectra V6 oil change

Having had to sell my mx-5 I decided to pick up a bargain V6 vectra, not a patch on the mazda but has a lovely engine and is "child friendly".....

I do most of the servicing on my cars myself but before I tackle this engine I am after some info regarding an oil change, plugs and the 3 pipe mod if possible????

So open to pistonheads, any ideas/info???????
