Tone down the chrome. Change the "miami" paint colour. Raise the ride height 15-20mm. Smaller rims with "plump" rubber.

We saw this at the LA Auto Show last month, it looks so much better in the flesh. The perspective view from walking around it is far better than can be seen in photos:


It was parked right opposite the car we awarded 'most hideous in show':

Too much plastic in the interior, couldn't have stretched to some custom billet switchgear, stalks etc?

dump the merc command system for an aftermarket nav/ent system that could be more sympathetically integrated.

Looks nice from what I can see, shame the photos are on the facespace place, don't understand this modern fascination with linking everything to it these days, I actually read an article in a classic car magazine mentioning their facebook group or some such bks. Facebook is for kids, host the photos somewhere suitable for adults to go!

Looks a nice SL, if a little too American for my taste.

Or just put a photo gallery up. I'm a big fan of these kind of projects, anything that keeps another anonymous eurobox off of our roads and replaces with some interesting metal then I am all up for it.

It just would have been nice to have a photo gallery of the buld to look through, rather than somehwere where I can "like" it!
