Fuji Race Circuit

After watching the Fuji World Endurance Championship yesterday it reminded me of what a great track it was for F1.

The 2007 race was unbelievable in the rain.

Anyone else miss this track from the F1 calendar?

I preferred the older layout, one of my favourites from the old Best Motoring videos and Gran Turismo. Just another track ruined by Tilke for F1, then discarded after only a couple of races.

I love this track in it's old configuration, also Istanbul although a Tilke circuit it was a good circuit.

So sad how the great circuits have been destroyed.

I cant say it does anything for me in its current form and for F1 to go there, it would mean losing Suzuka which is just madness!
