Passenger ride in F1?

Does anyone know of anywhere in the world that does a passenger ride in an F1 car?

I remember (I think) Force India having a 2 seater conversion a few years back but it looks like they've stopped doing it.

I have no intention of wanting to drive one (or any single seater) but would love to experience a 'hot lap' in something driven by someone capable.

The Minardi F1X2 is going to Albert Park again this year, probably for the last time.
You could try them if you fancy a trip to Melbourne
