Sky F1 price drop
Discussion
It's about a fiver a race in season and cancel it when season ends restart next season . Instead of it being sky F1 the channel should be sky Motorsport covering all types of races as well as F1 and then we would not have the content repeats that nobody wants to watch.

Agreed. They really could make better use of it though.Edited by anonymous-user on Tuesday 26th February 23:31
there are some amazing deals at the moment from sky (relative to their advertised prices)
I currently have sky, sky sports (including F1) fibre broadband and phone for £51 a month fixed for 18 months
I just moved house and the sky lady said there must be a mistake on my account, then checked it and said "i've never seen so many discounts!"
all I had to do was tell them I was cancelling!

Thing is it isn't £10 a month though is it? They won't let you have the F1 channel and nothing else.
Yes you can have standalone sky sports channels now, have been able to since last summer iircYou can't just have Sky F1 without having at least the Sky Entertainment package. If you want HD, it is £5.00 extra.

All sports options are HD as standard now too.
So if I ring up Sky and get them to put a dish in all I have to pay after the installation fee is £10 a month then? I don't think so.All sports options are HD as standard now too.

Nope, having gone thru the ordering process, for a new (or returning subscriber), the monthly is £32 (for a minimum of 18 months - if you cancel F1 @ £10 at any time, the £22 / month for what's left rises to £27). Plus £20 set up.If you want 4K, its another £10 / mth, and £199!!!!!!!!! set up.
As far as I can tell.

I still have Sky F1 from the legacy days..... It is a real bummer when it comes to looking to change though !!
Same here. I was looking at changing the deal but then they said I would lose F1 so told them I'll be sticking with what I have until Sky lose the exclusive deal. Gassing Station | Formula 1 | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
