I recall Grosjean crashing in safety car period, was it him that blamed someone else? I can't remember the meme "fking driver x!" Even though they were nowhere near them

Was watching the f1 series on Netflix last night and that episode was one. He was weaving left and right to keep heat in the tyres and just randomly spun out and hit the wall.

That moment always reminds me of my dog when I'm walking her. She'll be on the lead, sniffing to the left, to the right, then all of a sudden will see a can and just dart 90 degrees in a direction and choke herself on the lead.
