Ok... Who's setting the alarm for quali? biggrin

I am because... I think the Sunday race is going to be spectacular, so I'm happy to get in early and do quali. I'll sleep later

Nope.
China GP = zero interest, not just zero interest from normal F1 fans but also from the local fans (there are none unless paid for).

This 'race' is one of the low points of the year for F1, watch on highlights only, watch the start plus 3 laps, then fast forward x30 till then end, then resume doing something interesting.

China GP, Sochi GP time to be put to their last ever lap, much like Korean GP and Valencia GP - waste of time.

Such a positive post full of hope and enthusiasm.

Thanks for your input.

Not sure the quali needs a separate thread ?

Agree, let's just try and use the main thread; that's the point of it.

7am is a lie in. You can sleep when you’re dead. Good effort by Bottas and at last both Williams not on the back row. wink

Not for qually. I'm up early all the weekdays and for the race, I'll take qually time shifted and have my solitary lye in thanks.

Not for Qualy. But 6am tomorrow is not a hardship, even 6.30 really for the "on the Grid" start of the build up as a lot of the precursor to that part of the show is not, well, worth getting up for....

I was on the road at 6:45 this morning and so for the first time this season I relied on C4.

With the 90mins they have to play with, they still do an incredibly good job.

Sadly, it is back to SKY tomorrow morning, but at least I won’t have to avoid every bit of news for 5-hours. This is the biggest deterrent to not watching C4 permanently.

2am here. No thanks. Good news is I’ll get to watch the C4 coverage when it reruns.
