British GP - Saturday only, parking

Hi all, I've just been lucky enough to be given some F2 paddock tickets for Saturday, so will obviously get to see the F1 qualifying too.
Parking isn't included, Silverstone website says all pre book parking has gone. Can we just turn up on the day and park does anyone know? I'm all for booking park and ride, but the company who gave us the tickets wants us all to park onsite and meet up, as we all have to go in together.
We went last year but parked at a local farm and cycled into the track, so I didn't see the carpark mayhem.
