All4 F1 highlights

I generally catch up with the highlights on All4 once the kids are in bed, but the last few races haven’t been uploaded on the Sunday evening. Quail is always okay, but not the race.
Is this a SkySports tact to get people to sign up to them? I’ve not seen anything official, but can only imagine there’s some sort of deal.
