Looking to do a Triple Header next season, BEL, NED & ITA
Discussion
Has anyone done such a thing and attended the Grand Prix (I know Zandvoort is likely to be an exception to this!)?
I was looking at Spa tickets and while a Grandstand would be nice there's no real info about which grandstands are covered and which are not? It's more or less the same for Monza, although I know it's unlikely to rain in Italy in August and will more than likely be Scorchio instead.
So, any recommendations for seats and grandstands at Spa and Monza?

I can't comment on Monza but from my recollections of Spa back in 2018, there are not that many covered stands. I can recall seeing four.
The main pit straight stand (Gold 1)
The big stand between La Source and Eau Rouge (Gold 2)
I was in a covered stand at Eau Rouge itself. (Gold 3)
I think there was also a covered one at Bruxelles corner but not sure if this was a club owned stand.

Monza,
Main stand is partial cover.. v expensive.. but closer to the parabolica you’ll see the teams in the garages etc.
Best seats IMO are at turn one, grandstand 8.
Ascari seats some are covered grandstand 15/16? But little overtaking here.
Take a cushion as the seats are mostly concrete or hard wood.
It’s the end of august so not super hot.
Zandefort to monza is a good slog (10+ hours drive) I’d suggest a few days in the Black Forest, with a few days on the lakes
to ease your self in.

Thanks for the suggestions and advice and I’d like to visit the Porsche, Mercedes and BMW museums, maybe the AUDI one too. Although it’s not guaranteed we might be doing the trip in a Ferrari 458. Perhaps not the best vehicle for the job it’s true lol!Main stand is partial cover.. v expensive.. but closer to the parabolica you’ll see the teams in the garages etc.

Nice wheels, you’ll have a few fuel stops!!Sounds good, if your heading back (or through) Munich (via Innsbruck) for Audi/BMW, Ferrari and Lamborghini are not a too large a detour, if you don’t mind the mileage on the 458, it may be worth doing the Stuttgart leg inbetween Spa and Zandvoort.
