Good read. Thanks for sharing that. He's fast becoming one of my favourite drivers on the grid and really hope he does well this year.

Just came to the forum to link exactly the same, what a great story and pleased to say he’s my favourite of the new breed coming through the ranks.

Echo this completely.

Genuine tears in my eyes when he's talking about his feelings on the podium and that photo of him sitting there on the top step. Beautiful article.

Thanks for sharing. I had a lump in my throat reading that.

I hope Pierre gets another opportunity at a top team. He's still young so there's plenty of time yet.

I really hope he gets another chance with a big team, hopefully it won't be red bull again

Read that this morning and found it pretty emotional.

So pleased he got his maiden victory.

Superb piece. I don't think he'd take the Red Bull seat if they offered it to him judging by this. I suspect that may well be him openly and voluntarily closing that particular chapter. Fair play and to do so in such a moving way too.

What a genuinely lovely guy. I hope he gets more wins and even a WDC. He would so deserve it.

Yes great article. He clearly has something special in his armoury. The RB episode was a disaster but will we ever know exactly how/why? But if anything it might have served him and shine a light on his determination. He has been put driving that Alpha Tauri for 3 years.
Perhaps if the Alpine performs this year but Ocon doesn't then that would be a good destination for him alongside Alonso.

He seemed like a nice guy and I was impressed at his recovery from being relegated. But reading that he sounds like a totally top bloke.

Episode 6 on Drive to Survive covering Gasly’s Italian GP win is the highlight of the series.

Fantastic. Now a fan.
