Well as his full name is Lewis Carl Davidson Hamilton, it’ll probably become either Lewis Carl Davidson Larbalestier Hamilton, Lewis Carl Larbalestier Davidson Hamilton or similar, depending on where he places it. He will still be Lewis Hamilton, unless he double barrels it, but I don’t think that even a shouty moron like Crofty is going to struggle with it.

Doesn't seem a big deal, just a nice gesture for his mum.

He's not changing to a double-barrelled surname, so it won't be a nightmare for Crofty, basically will have little impact, other than on the usual snowflakey types we see here.
