Hello All

My daughter has just bagged a ticket for the Abu Dhabi GP but will need to take a responsible adult to go with her so i am taking one for the team!!

I am struggling to find a 2 or 3 day ticket for sale, plenty of vip tours available but i am too young to sell a Kidney. Any ideas or can point me in the right direction? happy to pay for a seat but at the moment it looks like i may have to go down the route of a package deal.

Many thanks

I haven’t used so can’t vouch for them.

The official website https://www.abudhabigp.com/en/formula1/tickets-202... says it’s pretty much sold out bar a few hospitality packages, so your best bet is probably a package tour.

I used them to buy the hospitality tickets for my dad and I for AD last year - 100% recommend them if their prices are comparable to the F1 official site.

FYI tickets were entirely digital, and handled via the AD circuit app - worked really well.

Used Motorsport tickets for our tickets to Abu Dhabi last year and found them to be excellent (used them for our 2026 Monaco GP tickets).

Hope you manage to get yourself a ticket as its a fantastic race, loads of stuff on during the day around the circuit and some excellent bands playing at night.

If you are grabbing a hire car, then you will have to park in the adjacent shopping mall. Recommend you download What3Words and use this address as a convenient location to park close to the shuttle buses location: https://w3w.co/owning.amount.tides

The shopping mall is also a good place to grab a coffee, have a wonder around (as loads of places have F1 displays).

One thing to note is that you are unlikely to get any discounted merchandise (even though its the end of the season). The local do not worry about the costs of any of the merchandise so the majority of team gear is not discounted, even on the Sunday after the race.

Checked Motorsport tickets site, and they have a variety of grandstands available at about a 75% markup on the original (sold out) prices, c.£800 a ticket for three days that was originally c.£450.

It might be worth checking the circuit website 3/4 weeks out, as that s when the tour operators start returning unsolds.

Don t hire a car in Abu Dhabi by the way, there s taxis and shuttle buses everywhere and they re dirt cheap. It s £50 in a cab from AD all the way back to Dubai, which is an hour in the car. Many people stay in Dubai where the hotels are cheaper, Al Barsha or Marina area. The free parking at the mall is half an hour s walk or a bus ride from the main circuit entrance. Also yes you can buy beer there, unlike Saudi or Bahrain.

I m happy to answer any random questions on this thread BTW, I live in Dubai and have been to about half the races in the past decade and a half, including 2016 and 2021. We could possibly turn this into Who s going to the last race? thread, and arrange a PH meetup somewhere over the weekend?

Edit: forgot to mention another option if travelling is Etihad Airways Holidays. They’re the title sponsor of the event, and have hundreds of flight+hotel+ticket packages available which are very competitive compared to booking separately. https://www.etihad.com/en/abu-dhabi/formula-1
