Yuki has returned to an F1 Red Bull doing a demo in the U.S.. Sadly it has not gone well with the RB7 setting on fire frown

Video of it:

Looks like he was just doing a few donuts, as they usually do at these demo runs, and when he stopped the back of the engine cover caught fire.

I think Yuki thought for a moment it was just tyre smoke, then quickly jumped out when he realised it wasn’t!

And that's why their engineers always tell them not to do donuts at race weekends, especially when you stop after and there's no cooling.

We don't really know what the issue was... It's not like cars go up in flames every time they do donuts or something

That was a rather excessive amount of donuts, silly boy.

That's exactly what they do at these demo runs; doesn't look like he's doing anything out of the ordinary operational wise.

That looked to go on for a lot longer in one spot with him bouncing off the limiter and zero airflow. EGT's would have been mental.

I've never seen a F1 car do even half that many consecutive donuts before taking the car for a run to get some airflow over the rads.

He never did seem to be the sharpest tool in the box, little Yuki.

Was it definitely Yuki and not Terry Grant? They're pretty similar height wise scratchchin
