I guess that explains how they catch Ferrari on the straights but that also means their chassis can't be that great given the Mercs and Ferraris are romping along

It does amuse me that they've had to create a whole new category for how rubbish the Honda is.

I'm not particularly surprised by the results overall. It's pretty clear that Mercedes' advantage isn't really down to peak power, or teams like Mclaren and Williams would be right up there too. The Mercedes engine is obviously pretty good, but overall Mercedes are just doing the best job of understanding and using what they've got.
