They are most certainly back on, mate of mine has just had a letter through the post, the one from Cheshire plod demanding driver name cause said car averaged 57mph on said road. Be aware.
I thought they were only turned off on the interesting bit because there is a short cut (not that you could do 50mph around there anyway). They are working on the straight bits though.
