i thought that i would google my plate just to see what google throws up and found this.

http://nice-reg.co.uk/number-plates/DDD17.html

i find it a bit weird that someone has taken a picture of my car and put it on their site of other plates, in a way its nice someone thinks the plate is cool but i think its a little bit rude the guy didnt even try to tell me that he put my car on his site, what do you guys think? am a being a bit funny about this or is it normal?

also i wonder if any other PH members are on the site?

(i know there is a plates thread on here but do you guys think that is different to this?)

As others have said it's akin to one of those women who wear such a short skirt that you can see them mumbling and a skimpy top then glare at the perves who look their way.

I have an eternal hatred for anyone who uses a private plate.

I've taken loads for my website & rarely ask permission - unless the owner is about. If someone complains they can get in touch via the site (no-one ever has...). But I never take them ouside someones house so there is a degree of privacy.
There may be some PH members on my site??? (google conrod).

Isnt it better they customise their plate than add a massive wing to their RRS or similar? smile

Yeah you guys are right, I suppose I just didn't expect to see a picture of my car, and the rear spoiler has gone so you can't say anything about it hehe

I did hehe

Came up with a website for Russian cameras, and one for a concrete mixer.

I googled mine and came up with an American Submarine, a telescope and a watch.

Thing is your plate will only come up if the poster has linked it to the plate in writing.

Only results for mine are Biochemistry pages. Although on the fourth page of images there are a couple of rather tasty ladies wearing very little lick

Google produced a photo of my car at a show in 2003, five years before I bought it.

That sounds pretty much like a comment born out of either stupidity, jealousy or barely controlled aggression - or possibily a disturing combination of all three. Anyone with more than two working brain cells in reasonably close proximity to each other will have worked out none of those attributes are a virtue, particurlarly when driving a car.

And with regards to stupidity, has it not occured to you that every single vehicle on the road actually has a private plate - otherwise what's the point?
